Flag #2 is a horizontal blue over white over blue triband, the shade of the blue is celestial blue. I spotted this flag at the town hall on 4 November 2009 in Jerez. Flag #3 has the coat of arms in the middle of the white stripe; the shade of the blue is celestial blue. I spotted this flag at Mamelón Square in Jerez on 4 November 2009 in Jerez.

Flag #4 has the coat of arms in the middle of the white stripe; the shade is royal blue. I spotted this flag at Mamelón Square in Jerez on 15 November 2009 at Jerez Airport. Flag #5 has the coat of arms exceeding the white stripe; the shade of the blue is celestial blue. I spotted this flag on top of the historic city council hall at Asuncion Square on 4 November 2009 in Jerez.

Coat of Arms

A silver (white) oval is divided by seven blue fessy wavy lines. The oval has a bordure fimbriated golden (yellow) consisting of eight alternating red segments with a golden (yellow) tower/castle and silver (white) segments with a red rampant lion crowned silver (grey). The whole example has a golden (yellow) mantling and is topped by a royal coronet.
