The flag and arms of Marazoleja are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 30 August 2005 by the Municipal Council, signed on 14 November 2007 by the Mayor, and published on 4 December 2007 in the official gazette of Castile and Leon, No. 235, p. 22,769. The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular with proportions 2:3, made of yellow panel with a diagonal blue stripe of 1/4th the flag's length, running from upper hoist to lower fly.Coat of arms: Or a bend wavy azure in chief a church's tower gules masoned sable port and windows sable in base three spikes vert. The shield surmounted by the Royal closed crown.

The tower belongs to the St. John the Evangelist church.
The spikes represents crops such as wheat, barley and rye.
